Introduction
Hello my name is Maria, I am 16 years old. I have never done anything like this before so this is all new to me, so I’m giving it a try to see what it is like. I have just left School. While at School I chose to study Art, Geography and History for my GCSE’s. I will be starting College in September and I have chosen to study English Language, History, Geography and Environmental Studies at A-Level.
I have a boyfriend he is my soulmate and love him very much. We have been together for nearly 2 years, and I know we will be together for many more years to come. I am very lucky and happy to have him.
I wouldn’t say I am a typical teenager as I do not follow the latest fashions, I have my own style, I like to be myself and not go with the crowd and follow people. I do not really listen to music of today, I love Queen, my favourite singer is Freddie Mercury. I love old music and I find it much more enjoyable to listen to than music of today. I do not find the whole going out and partying appealing I find you can have fun in other ways I enjoy going to the cinema, or going out for a meal.
I love Egypt, I love the history and mystery of the once Ancient World. I would love to go to Egypt one day and see all of the sites.
I am a Black Belt in the martial art ‘Jeet Kune Do’ I am very proud of my hardwork and I think every person in the World should have a chance to learn a new skill, take part in some activities, or join a club.
So this is me, I hope I don’t sound like a too opinionated person because the truth is when I’m around people I don’t know I am very quiet and shy and I have to say it has taken alot of courage to start this up and I wouldnt have if it wasn’t for my lovely boyfriend’s support. So here I go please enjoy ‘Freckle’s Thoughts’ oh by the way if you are wondering why it’s called that it’s because I’m covered in freckles so my boyfriend decided to call me freckles. :)
